So this was a fun weekend! I finally managed to talk my dad into attending an autocross, after years of trying to get ANYONE in my family to try one. He actually drove 750 miles out from New Jersey just for this event, and then drove all the way back home after the weekend was over. Unlike my last two events, today I really struggled with the limited grip offered by the stock Michelin Primacy HP tires on this car. That and I always seemed to screw up at least one corner on every run. I blame the tire issue on the excessive heat and concrete-like surface, which the tires really did not seem to like at ALL.
